Harbourside Swing Fest offers various pass options, including Individual Full Pass and Party Pass as well as group passes. Early bird price available until DECEMBER 1st, 2024.
The event includes workshops, parties with live music, taster classes, and an after-party.
Payment can be made via FPS (Local), Stripe, or Wise, with details sent after registration confirmation.
The festival has a Code of Conduct promoting a safe environment, and participants must agree to terms including media ownership rights and a non-refundable ticket policy.

REGISTRATION
Personal Info
Please make sure you provide the correct email address (for both you and your partner). You will receive important information about the event, payment, and your ticket ID. You will receive a registration received confirmation email upon completing this form. If you haven’t received anything, please check your spam if it’s not there, send us an email (info@rhythmstudiohk.com).
Registration
Upon submission of the form, your spot is NOT yet confirmed. We will be in contact to let you know whether your registration is successful and further contact details from there.
Waitlist
We will be monitoring registrations to maintain a healthy balance of Leads and Follows. If the ratio tips too far in one direction, we will Waitlist future roles. To skip the Waitlist, sign up with a partner of the opposite role. (Still use individual registration, just make sure you use their email in the registration form)
Early Bird
Early bird pricing will be available until DECEMBER 10th 2024. After which, Full Pass will increase to $2500HKD and Party Pass will increase to $1200HKD.
Competitions
For your convenience, you can bundle your Full or Party pass registration with the competition entry. We will use the same role registration for comps as you do for Party or Full Pass. If you want to compete under a different role than your registration. Please make a separate registration on our competitions page.
Payment
Payment in Hong Kong can be made via FPS (with no fee). Options for International payments include Stripe (Credit Card, Alipay, WeChat Pay) and Wise (Bank Transfer). Please note that credit charges and fees are NOT included with the ticket price. Payment details will be sent via email once your registration is confirmed. Please settle your payment within 2-weeks or we may release your ticket to someone else.
