So Long, Summer. Hello, September.
Hey {{subscriber.first_name}},
September’s here. Hopefully we’ve seen the last of the black rainstorms and the heat, and the existential dread of summer is being replaced by the slightly more manageable dread of… well, everything else. Sounds like the perfect time to distract yourself with some dancing. We’ve got new courses, workshops that are basically a party, and some great parties lined up. Let’s get to it.
Drop-in Classes: No Strings Attached
Day | Class | Time | Notes |
---|---|---|---|
Monday | Open Solo Jazz | 9:00-10:00 PM | |
Friday | Discover Solo Jazz | 12:30-1:30 PM | |
Saturday | Open Practice | ~4 PM | Check Calendar/whatsapp |
Sunday | Blues | 12:30-1:30 PM | |
Sunday | Soft Shoe Tap | 1:30-2:30 PM | |
Sunday | Lindy lab | 2:30-3:30 PM |
Heads Up: All drop-in classes on September 28th are cancelled. Don’t show up. We’ll be at the Katie & Jason Weekend instead.
September Events: Less Netflix, More Socializing

AIA Social is happening on September 12th. Get ready for a night of free swing dancing, good vibes, and maybe a little showing off. Though we’re not judging.

Katie and Jason are coming. That’s not a threat, it’s a promise. A weekend of workshops with two of the best. You’ll learn, you’ll sweat, you’ll probably be sore on Monday. Worth it.

Video of the Month
To get you hyped for our upcoming Balboa cycle, here’s a little taste of what the dance is all about. This is from Bal-Love, where the best of the best throw down. It’s fast, it’s smooth, and it’s probably the most impressive thing you’ll see all day. You’re welcome.
