This workshop is designed to offer a comprehensive overview of physical well-being and self-care. Dancing can be demanding; dancing for countless hours every week resembles performing an intense sport. It’s time we all took a moment to understand the signals our bodies give us. Expert instructors from MOMENTUM will be taking us along for this journey. From injury prevention strategies to effective diagnosis and fostering a healthy lifestyle, we aim to prepare you to respond to your body’s cues with care and precision.
