AIA Vitality Hub is hosting a Swing Dance Social this month at their location just by the harbour. Featuring an air-conditioned wooden floor, we’re lucky to have this space on offer. We’ll be playing some swing tunes for you to dance to as we start the weekend dancing. Free entry, but please sign up here as there is limited space and lots of demand.

Listen up, dance floor warriors – in case your calendar has been ghosting you, this party is crashing right into the spookiest season of the year. We’re talking full Halloween vibes, so dust off that costume you’ve been planning since last October (or panic-buy one tomorrow, we don’t judge).
Here’s where it gets interesting: we’re throwing a mini fashion walk because apparently we love chaos and questionable life choices. Strut your stuff, show off those moves, and let the social floor decide who absolutely nailed it. The winner walks away with a free class OR social with Rhythm Studio – your choice, your victory lap.
Fair warning though: while we encourage creative costume choices, please make sure you can actually, you know, dance in whatever masterpiece you’re wearing. We’re here for the moves, not the mishaps. Rhythm Studio takes zero responsibility for any wardrobe malfunctions, twisted ankles from oversized props, or the psychological trauma of losing to someone in an inflatable dinosaur costume.
